Hello guys and gals,

We, Styrofoam Junkies, have entered into the Vans Warped Tour 2008 Battle of the Bands contest.

Fans determine which bands are eligible to win...so WE NEED YOUR HELP...PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE

How cool would it be for the Styrofoam Junkies to play Warped Tour?

Answer: Really F**king Cool!!!!

If you did not know, in the past, bands such as Circa Survive, Avenged Sevenfold, Mutemath, and The Recieving End of Sirens were all acts hosted by the Battle of the Bands Stage at Warped Tour. Pretty cool, eh?

So...once again...we need your help to get us on that stage.

In return, if we win the contest and get to play Warped Tour, in addition to getting to see the coolest show ever, we will do the following:

1.) Buy you all personalized birthday cakes from Carvel or Baskin Robbins (not sure if I spelled that right, but you get the point) and decorate them with thoughtfully poetic birthday wishes using Skittles or M&Ms depending on your individual preference and/or allergies.

2.) Clean all of your rooms while singing show tunes from the most famous broadway musicals, including Annie, Cats, Les Miserables, Mama Mia, Beauty & The Beast, and West Side Story We will also dress the roles.

3.) Host the coolest ultimate dodgeball tournament ever in your highschool gymnasium and/or college dorm and/or living room. Nerf weapons, super soakers, and silly string will be allowed. Bands will play during the event but will not be excluded from the rules of dodge ball, which is tough if you play drums.

4.) We will rent out Chucky Cheese (not sure if that is spelled right either) for a week-long tournament involving ball pits, laser tag, bumper cars, and more. Winners will recieve special tickets of which they can purchase useless souvenirs to decorate room or throw at band members dressed as the rat or mouse or whatever it is.

5.) We will build huge monuments, like the pyramids, made of macaroni and glue and colored glitter, in honor and apprectiation of your votes. These glorious edifices will last thousands of years and future civilizations will scratch their heads and wonder HOW and WHY they were built. Easter Island all over again.  

6.) We will love you, forever, of course...

Hello to whatever kind souls have found their way over to our buzznet page.  We're new here, so if you get a chance make sure to drop us a line and let us know what you think of Buzznet and help us get more acclamated here.  A little bit about us you ask?  Welllll we're a band from New York, we like to party and have a good time, we like long walks on the beach and whispering in each others ears on moonlit evening spent down in Long Beach...was that an overshare?  Sorry, anyways, we look forward to talking to you guys, so please drop us a line =)
